In Indonesia, corruption have been creeped in all of life side either in public sector and also private sector. Some authors like Van Leur, Leff, and Scott suggested that corruption give benefit of bureaucracy fluency, but others like Myrdal and Huntington see the more loss of corruption effect for sciety. many studies about corruption has been carried out, especially in political and law aspects, this papaer aimed to discuss corruption in economic development and its impact.&#xD; Generally, in economic aspect, the public look consequence of corruption in the form of loss of public finance, though so far ought to study weakness of state's fiannce management system and its control. Planning of development have to be compatible with budget basically to Planning, Programming, Budgeting System (PPBS) concept. New paradigm of monetary management of public setor in realizing good governance (suggested by WOrld Bank) with a few characteristic that are participation, rule of law, transparancy, responsiveness, consensus orientation, equity, efficiency and effectiveness, accountability, and startegic vision.
