- Abstract - Today's increasingly sophisticated technology provides many positive impacts in various aspects of community life. This is because modern society can easily get all the information needed in a short time and the right results. One of the most urgently needed information today is information on activities that exist in the village community. Information from the village during this time can not be maximally delivered to all citizens because the information is only done through the announcement of loudspeakers and writing on bulletin board. To overcome the problems of the people about the village information, it is necessary to have an information system capable of delivering information from the village government to all citizens without exception. The application of smart smart response based on sms gateway android for the distribution of information and public complaints tools, is expected to help convey information from village government to all citizens and can be used as a means for villagers to make complaints against village problems. The design of this application produces 9 class and 10 database tables. The advantages of using android technology is no need to make a special computer server or have to pay for SMS Gateway subscription with a third party. Keywords: sms gateway, android, distribution, information, community complaints Abstrak – Teknologi masa kini yang semakin canggih memberikan banyak dampak positif dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan bermasyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat modern dapat mudah mendapatkan segala informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam waktu cukup singkat dan hasil yang tepat. Salah satu informasi yang sangat dibutuhkan saat ini adalah informasi tentang kegiatan yang ada di masyarakat desa. Informasi dari desa selama ini tidak bisa secara maksimal tersampaikan ke seluruh warga dikarenakan informasi hanya dilakukan melalui pengumuman pengeras suara dan tulisan di papan pengumuman. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan warga tentang informasi desa tersebut, maka perlu adanya sebuah system informasi yang mampu menyampaikan informasi dari pemerintah desa kepada seluruh warga tanpa terkecuali. Aplikasi auto smart quick response berbasis android sms gateway untuk distribusi informasi dan sarana aduan masyarakat, diharapkan dapat membantu menyampaikan informasi dari pemerintah desa ke seluruh warga serta dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk warga desa melakukan pengaduan terhadap masalah-masalah desa. Perancangan aplikasi ini menghasilkan 9 class dan 10 tabel database. Kelebihan menggunakan teknologi android adalah tidak perlu melakukan pembuatan computer server khusus ataupun harus mengeluarkan biaya untuk berlangganan SMS Gateway dengan pihak ketiga.
