- Abstrak : Proses migrasi dari sistem lama ke sistem baru membutuhkan evaluasi terhadap implementasinya. Perasaan untuk menerima atau menolak menimbulkan reaksi yang berbeda-beda terhadap perilaku pengguna sistem informasi. Perlu adanya pengujian terhadap aplikasi yang akan diimplementasikan dan bagaimana reaksi user terhadap sistem baru. Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi dan bagaimana penerimaan terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini menguji bagaimana penerimaan sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Kabupaten Pacitan sebagai evaluasi dari proses migrasi sistem lama berbasis desktop ke sistem baru berbasis web terhadap penerimaan user. Obyek penelitian adalah sistem SIPKD dan operator SIPKD pada lingkup pemerintahan Kabupaten Pacitan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara probability sampling dengan sampling Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun dengan menggunakan konstuk padaUTAUT. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerimaan aplikasi SIPKD dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi. Abstract : The process of changing from the old system to the new system requires an evaluation in the implementation. Feeling to accept or to reject the system causes different reactions depending on the behavior of information systems’ users. It needs test for the applications that will be implemented and for the users’ reaction to the new system. It consits the factors that effects and the acceptance of those factors. This study examined the acceptance of information systems in the areas of financial management in Pacitan as an evaluation of the changing process from the old system called desktop-based to the new system called web based on user acceptance. The research object is SIPKD systems and the operators in the scope of government SIPKD Pacitan. Probability sampling and simple random sampling were used in this research. The data collection techniques uses a questionnaire prepared by using the UTAUT konstuk. The study concluded that the acceptance of the application SIPKD was influenced by expectations of performance, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions.
