- Many Islamic educational institutions are found to be unable to survive the global competition. This failure is mostly due to their incapability in dealing with various problems which occur during the competition. One of the possible core sources of this problem is that those institutions still apply traditional management system which does not support them in coping with contemporary issues. For this reason, it is necessarily important to promote innovations in management level which will lead every educational institution to develop as a managerial-based institution.
