- The institutional and functional institutions of educational sector evaluate frames with which alternative forms of teaching support effectively the adaptation of more general educational process in the characteristics of modern society of information. The final aim and objective goal of any educational system constitutes his productive exploitation. Asked in the education of users of Academic library, with form of organised process, it is the finding, modification and growth of methods, processes and instructive tools that serve the reported aim. In the functional sector of organised education of users are observed the growth and development of alternative forms of teaching, with which it is attempted are faced the increase of demand for education in cetane numbers and in cognitive content, as well as the inversion and extension of significance of instructive material. The import of Asynchronous learning gives new possibilities in the education of users, offering a means of interaction and continuing communication instructor library scientist - educated user. At the same time support the electronic organisation, storage and presentation of educational material, independent from the restrictive factors of space and time of classic education creating the conditions of dynamic environment of education of users. In the proposal will be presented and will be developed the model of asynchronous learning of users (professors, postgraduates, students...) in the the central library of TEFAA in University of Athens through the electronic platform "e-class". The training theories and the educational models follow a evolutionary course and growth. Something similar is also played in the services of academic library. As long as the educational model develops, so much the role and the importance of services of library they are upgraded. The educational process and the library tend to function as a single total, with roles and tactics which follow its other. In the improved educational landscape, energetic and electronic learning the traditional services of library are unable to correspond and to cope. For this reason the main operations of library, owe to be extended from the simple management of collections and information in the active attendance and configuration of informative education.
