- The electronic information resources form an integral part of the academic libraries. Their implementation resulted in improved library services and in faster and more efficient provision of quality information and services. This paper presents the results of a survey carried out in the three academic institutions of Thessaloniki which aimed to investigate the use of electronic information resources from librarians, the impact on their work and their education on these resources.
