- The 1st Librarians Services Plan of Andalusia (2007-2010) pursues to set the bases of the organization of the real Andalusian Libraries and Documentation Centres System, where quality services are offered to all citizens, especially to the most disadvantaged people and collectives. In order to do that it’s necessary the effective and socially profitable coordination and cooperation of all the institutions, organizations, corporations, professional groups, public and private involved agents. The end purpose of the Plan is to achieve results of training and learning, leisure and culture, social inclusion and civic participation related to the traditional commitments of the libraries and documentation centres as well as their new challenges and opportunities.
