- The analysis of Spanish websites involved in water management provides an overview of the present situation of Spanish E-government in this area. The websites considered belong to national, regional and local administrations with responsibility for the management of water resources. As a case study, Hispagua, the Spanish information system on water resources is described. Hispagua is a free-access portal covering all information relevant to freshwater in Spain.
