  • Public libraries and their services, among this the technologies, are products of federal and state laws which set the goals and limits who State wants to get better levels of life for its population. After to analyse The General Law of education (1993) and state laws, I observe not enough support in its description about the relationship of the Federal State and states and the politics in education and more specific effects in libraries and their services. By the way, there aren’t actualized laws in seven entities. Non very well description and the lack of actualized laws in libraries not is all, when I review if in those laws was implicit the introduction of the technology I found that this topic its ́n included in laws. Consequently, actors which are involved with information, knowledge, documentation, archives and libraries must be more participative to impact en the actualizing federal and states laws and o impact directly en benefit to all society.
