- This paper studies the problems found in the Coeducar Mário Quintana Library, mainly the big amount of loans (due to the meaningful amount of the students) and the inadequate structure for the access to information on the library’s catalog. This paper attempts to describe the creation and the implementation of the automated database that observes the cataloguing, the users subscription and, consequentially, the implantation of the automated circulation service.
