  • . The Network, that began being academic, has been commercialized. The clients more and more have the possibility of inquiring better to make decisions more guessed right to satisfy their desires and to defend their rights. With the popularization of e-commerce, only exists one economy and one market. The enterprise competition takes place at global level. This globalization of the economy supposes a threat for all those that do not know how to adapt to the new envirenment, and this is also true for the labor cooperatives and trade societies. This new economy can be seen from two perspectives: The macroeconomic perspective, which usually is optimistic and reflects an optimistic trend based on a long period of growth in the USA. The microeconomic version where the young technological companies have a high-priority rol. From both perspectives information technologies are seen as a factor that increase the productivity in the companies. When we analyze the businesses on the Network, we can apply two points of view: 1) the type of product: quality and differentiation; 2) the depth: interaction with the client, that can vary from zero (mere presence) to the maximum (total attention through the Network). Our analysis is centered on the second point of view, and we deal with the structure, interaction and quality of the different companies’ webs sites.
