- The sprouting, development and expansion of Internet have supposed a revolution without precedents in the capacity of the human being to accede and to spread information. But it is certain well that never like now the information it has been so within reach, also is it that the nature of the network not always facilitates the location of the wished information. In general, the volume of the information available, its diversity and its instability are, simultaneously, the characteristics that lend the greatness to this means and those that suppose the greatest challenges for their professional use.
