- Each consturuction (building), in addition to its basic aim combined of preserving, isolating and auditing functions, holds the particular responsibility such as housing, service and production (house, hospital, factory, library etc.). Construction should be designed and produced both to provide physical comfort necessary for living and the users’ needs. The story of construction begins with necessity and lasts along with design, production and using periods. The positive performance of using period depends partially on construction program and largely on the reasonable evaluation of “knowledge obtaining” period, which is the first step of design period in overall “analysis” studies. The using performance of university libraries is determined according to the perfectionist knowledge obtaining study, which is based upon analysis. The content of this study is significant since it would reflect itself on insufficient knowledge, designing data and in the and on library performance.
