- This article presents a reflection on the necessity to consider the term 'digital divide' in a more integrating form, beyond the habitual conception that it is related to connectivity. From this reflection, and of previous and developing academic and investigative works, an equation is proposed finally (Information Sociostructure + Information Infostructure + Information Infrastructure) as a methodological guideline to perform analysis of some problematic of the society of the information.
