- We describe the change that the Basque National Library System has undergone with the implementation of the on-line web network. This is an strategic project that has been carried out during 2004 and 2005 and that implies a crucial change in the organization and management of the National Library System of Euskadi, improving both the cooperation among libraries and the access of citizens to information.
