- This paper provides a critical consideration of computer networks and the Internet. It argues that the Internet does not compensate spatial disparities per se. Moreover, it is not guaranteed that the Internet will enable a free flow of information. Additionally, the aquisition of knowledge will still remain a complex and elaborate task.
