- It emphasizes the value of the human resources in the organizations and consequently in the agricultural information centers, affirming that librarians must be very attentive to the human resource and to develop strategies oriented to the recognition of the work, and the development and well-being of the personnel, because the professional of the information must act according to the principles of the general management and in special of the personnel management, to develop quality information centers and excellent personnel to assure the continuous improvement the processes.
