- This article examines the concepts of evaluation, quality and Web resources, and analyzes the problems in carry out an objective and rigorous evaluation due to the scientifical difficulty to define and to measure the quality of the information and to the nonexistence of validated evaluation tools. The design of a retrieval information system that solely provides trustworthy resources and facilitates to the user the searching, the filtering and the evaluation of the information is proposed.
