- The total quality is a system of management that includes all the activities and to all the internal relations and as much external of the organization, putting special emphasis in the satisfaction of the clients and the continuous improvement of the organization system. The necessity considers to evaluate, the phases process of Evaluation EFQM. And they describe to the Models of Management of Total Quality - Excellence: • Deming Model (1951, Japan). • Model Malcolm Baldrige (1987, U.S.A.). • Model EFQM (1988, Europe). • Latin American Model of Excellence (1998, Ibero-America). Conclusions: Little differences between the different models exist, like a convergence between norms ISO 9000 and models TQM, all grant a great importance to the leadership, are centered in the satisfaction of the client, organize the work like process, they measure the results, and they foment the culture of continuous improvement.
