- Concept Schemes like thesauri, classifications, reference works, concept maps, ontologies etc. are used in different disciplines to organize and represent knowledge. This work (result of a students research project) gives an overview of different kinds of concept schemes and their structure. Some data format are explained and summarized in a new data model for concept schemes in XML.
