- It develops the legal principles of the right of access to the public information and stands out its evolution in the current world, it collects the experiences of the United States of America, the European Union as well as some latinamerican countries. It analyzes the recent promulgated “Law of Transparency and Access to Information” in Peru and remarks the characteristics of this law that makes possible the participation of citizens in the taking of decisions and the control of the Government.
