- It is analyzed the degree of technological development of the electronic public administration services in Spain in the year 2002. The obtained results in different studies which analyze the situation of the public electronic services in Spain are described. It is concluded that the development is very unequal among the different public organizations, as well as among the central administration, regional administration and local administration. It is outstanding the work of the Tributary Agency and the degree of development and integration of its services.
