  • Communities of practices effectively associate knowledge management and management of information : knowledge transfer allows pooling of problems and their resolution. The case of the Network of the Libraries of Western Switzerland (RERO) joins together these various aspects : attached to task sharing thanks to a common software, the network functions in committees which form hierarchical architecture for the resolution of problems arising from the system. The article describes and studies this architecture and the way in which problems are followed and solved. The human dimension of the network clearly appears.
