- The paper suggests the implementation of free software in the form of a proposal to a particular case: bibliographic organization of photographs at the Library of the Arts is divided into three chapters that meet two main objectives: 1. Make a general analysis of the features it offers free software to determine the best deployment option in the process of bibliographic organization of photographic material in the Library of the Arts. 2. Specify in the proposal the tools and standards - AACR, MARC21, ISO 2709, Z39.50 - they need the proper process in the organizational activities of photographs and literature to be used for the adjustments in the implementation of free software.
