- In 2001, the Coal Foundation Vasco-Leonesa published the "Guide to the Archive of Coal Vasco-Leonesa Ltd.", an extensive guide with more than 200 pages, as an instrument of description and diffusion of the Archive. The article summarizes the different chapters in the book, from the initial historical journey in the mining of the coal in Spain to the detailed bibliography on historical and archival aspects, passing through the central chapters of the book analyzing the history of the Archive, history and foundations of its organization, and displays the more important record series of the Archive, analyzing the history of the record types, its legal base and the changes in the depth and the form though time.
