- The librarian as intermediary of information, assumes the role to facilitate and "to filter" the pertinent information and in context to the user. In Internet there are many webs of contents or thematic portals, have been observed specially legals webs in this paper. The thematic portal appears as support to the information service, some guidelines and/or contents are given to organize with successful a thematic portal, based on the experience of the authors in the scope of the information .
