  • The value of the remote user`s satisfaction, expectations and perceptions, are determined by the new aspects related to the new interfaces of information. Because of this, the analysis of the remote user`s satisfaction has to consider, not only, the remote user ́s habits and attitude towards the acccess interfaces to the services that the library offers through remote access, but also the user`s experience, as a way to measure the user ́s satisfaction.
