  • The aim of this article is the application of software agents in perspective from Librarianship and Information Science. First this publication is an approximation to software agents concept. It describes the software agent’s typology and their different functions as to compare prices, to organize the personal agenda, to filter news or to select the information retrieval on Internet. Also it indicates the contribution and experiences publicate in the area on Librarianship and Information Science on base to publications contain on bibliographic databases as Datathéke and Library Literature. Secondly aim, its the application of these concepts on the creation of three software agents what they delegate tasks on interlibrary loans. One agent do autonomy tasks on verification in e-mail to maintain the service agenda integrity. Second agent do verification tasks to links Web as catalogs as journals, third agent employ the technology based on Z39.50 protocol to localize documents request to users to interlibrary loans.
