- An alternative set of rules and regulations for the creation and scope of geographic fields in moving image databases for television stations that are either state-run, regional or local is presented. The fields Place of Action, Place Map, Location Map and Geographic Implication are discussed. To this end, the geographic fields used by the state and regional television stations part of the Official Federation of Regional Broadcasters (FORTA) are first analysed explaining their scope as well as noting the differing labels used.
