- During the last years some interesting projects have been carried out for the recovery and the digitization of historical mathematical literature, e.g. "The Jahrbuch Project Electronic Research Archive for Mathematics", born in 2000 in Europe. At the international conference Digital Mathematical Library, held in January 2002 in San Diego (USA), the foundations of the project Digital Mathematical Library have been laid.
