- The management of all the paper that is handled in the organizations occupies more time of the one than he would be desirable. The technologies of the information suppose a step more in the modernization of the organizations. The Systems of Management Integrated of the Documentation are an optimal tool that makes agile the tasks of the documentary management. The impact of the technologies of the information is little if its application does not come accompanied from changes in the organization. These technologies must be dinamizadoras of a new definition of the same one and to suppose an approach and attitude to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness of the Institutions. The challenge for the organizations is in the implantation of the technologies of the information and in the capacity to administer them and to develop them.
