- This article proposes a normalized format for presenting and ordering information on Web Sites. It studies Internet web sites specialized in documentary reference and researching. Cultural management is an item that has relevance for academics and general public. According to the author, two concepts are related to the social context of the University Library: culture management and library management. At the University, library becomes a place of meeting among diversity.
