- In the present work we offer elements that demonstrate that no longer only it is spoken of which it is due to do, but rather of which already it is being made to obtain more efficient forms of operation of the scientist-informative activity based on the development of the resident and specialistic young people in General Medicine Integral like users of the informative resources, which it is, by the way, consequent with the principle of which the worker of the information of the present time must perceive to the user like a the individual that waits for of him the pertinent advising for the taking of important decisions that, in the case of the health sector, in some occasions can mean the difference between the health and the disease.
