- The definition of the new European space of university education introduces the possibility of reframing as they will be the knowledge and abilities that the university students will have to acquire to not only to become good professionals but also in people able to form throughout all the life. The student will have to learn to learn, capacity for which is necessary to have a good base in the use and access to the information. This new educative frame appears like an excellent opportunity to librarians to collaborate with the educational staff. The innovation and the quality of the universities will be based on good part in the capacity to transmit these new informational abilities.
