- The first collective agreement, 1998-2001, undersigned on 28th june 2000 at the Ministry of the Interior by the craft unions and the representatives of the Administration, after many years provides for the creation of the profiles which are relevant for VIII and IX professional categories. In this general framework, with the new structuring of professional profiles there is room for the organization of a new-born Library Sector.
