- The present contribution sets out to share some reflections about the need of developing a publishing culture among Cuban health professionals. Science and the technology have acquired an enormous importance in the modern society. At the moment, is common the necessity to evaluate the scientific activity of the different sectors from the society and its impact with the fundamental aim to properly adapt the allocation of the resources destined to the investigation and the development, indispensable point in the management and planning of an institution or country to obtain a Maxima yield in the investments.
