- The management and analysis of search results carried out in bibliographic databases facilitate information set up and the disclosure of behavior patterns. Procite, a software designed by American Institute for Scientific Information, is precisely a widely accepted product because of its effectiveness. Experiences taken from the use of this software to provide high added value information services are exposed. The software usefulness for information service professionals and scientific and technical libraries management are commented. Procite is the best choice for the behavioral analysis of several variables in an specific information flow.
