- Our contribution in this text tries to apply to a line directive outlined in previous works, conducive to try a suitable insertion of the Technology of the Information in small libraries like the municipals, being centered to us in the experience that is being carried out to within the Jumilla Project, developed by the Group Technologies of the Information of the University of Murcia and the Municipal Library of Jumilla. For it we used like reference a model of development based on scenes, whose departure context we denominated Scene 0, characterized by the introduction of first basic elements of technologies of the Information in the management tasks, information and consults of the library. It is tried to adapt this Project to that Scene 0, which is to constitute the departure point in the way towards the implantation of rooms of digital consultations, basic objective within the Jumilla Project
