- Aim of this paper is to call attention of some important themes when examining the future evolution of Italian web. Each month and week new sites born, all called portals. The definition of “portal” is not unambiguous, and often consists into a list of typical services without a leading thread. These leading threads are sometimes summarized in the keywords FIND, CONNECT, BUY.
