- This article on copyright and education is included in the volume that collects the proceedings of the seminar held in 2018 at the University of Tuscia. What problems, in the many forms in which they manifest, can authorship and copyright encounter in the arts today? This volume attempts to provide answers starting from direct experience and some case studies, examined thanks to the contribution of lawyers, art historians, dance scholars, and archivists. The plural meanings to refer to the galaxy of copyright - author copyright, reproduction copyright, the chain of rights holders in addition to the new European directive on the subject - have stimulated the discussion on the issue through different disciplinary experiences and competences, on the occasion of a seminar held at the University of Tuscia. The results of these reflections are collected in this book, born within the broader framework of the activities initiated by the Law and Art section (ADiA) of the Academy of multicultural law and society, established in 2018 at the same University as part of the excellence project on Europe and the laughter of its cultural and institutional space, with the aim of deepening knowledge of some aspects that have the greatest impact on the experience of the arts and their transmission in our time.
