- The investigation and development of methods and tools to obtain, administer and conserve the knowledge are priority in our Society of the Information. The systems to direct the compilation, organization, processing, analysis and distribution of the experience within an institution, included under the term Knowledge Management, look for to assure the functions the institution where they are applied and to satisfy the necessities to acquire new knowledge on the part of their members. Although the application of the KM is usually made in great corporations and institutions, also it can be applied on smaller scale on small organizations, or even micro organizations, as it can be the formed one by the members of a university subjet. From the educational unit of Audio-visual Communication of the DCADHA, we are implanting of experimental automated system to manage the knowledge generated in the subjets of Production and Accomplishment of Audio-visual that are distributed in the degree of Beautiful Arts of the Polytechnical University of Valencia.
