- Educational orientation is a teaching task that is related to the integral formation of the student, and this is developed based on traditional structures, which must be transformed as social phenomena occur that impact the educational field. In this sense, this study aims to analyze the educational orientation of the teacher as a process of taking care of the integral formation of the student in Bolivarian schools of the Miranda municipality, Zulia state (Venezuela). The study was descriptive, qualitative approach and non-experimental, field and transactional design. Regarding the population and sample, a population census was carried out on the teachers of the Miranda municipality, State of Zulia (Venezuela) and, because the population units are easily accessible, and in view of their number, all of the the population; Therefore, the sample consisted of 13 directors and 56 teachers, who were given a directed questionnaire made up of 26 questions with five alternatives, whose validity was granted by experts with a reliability of rkk 0.92. It was found that the educational guidance model has significant differences in teacher opinion, alluding that it is not very efficient; while, regarding the lines of action demonstrated by the teacher, it was found that these strengthen the educational orientation. It was concluded that teachers advise and monitor learning during the process of taking care of the integral formation of the student under the communicational strategy face to face in an individualized way, which facilitates the process of taking care of the integral formation of the student, in the Bolivarian schools of the Miranda municipality, State of Zulia (Venezuela).
