- By the present document, it is tried to give a global and present idea of the implications that the appearance of Internet is supposing in the regulation referring to the collection, treatment and cession of the personal data. For that reason, in the present text, we are a logical contrast between the potentialities that the New Technologies grant as opposed to the lenders of services the limitations and obligations that legally are prevailing with the purpose of defending different rights, between which it is the right to the security and the integrity of the personal data.
