- This second module deals with an analysis of the main points of the Marrakesh Treaty, which allow us to understand the processes from the moment a country expresses its interest until it adopts the commitment to its implementation. Regarding the content of the treaty, the key concepts that will determine, if its interpretation is correct, an effective application to guarantee the right of access to information of people with disabilities will be studied.
