- Argentina is one of the first countries to sign and ratify the Marrakesh Treaty, however, its implementation is still pending. In this process, it is worth analyzing the broad concept in the approach of the beneficiaries in light of Bill 1762/18, already with half sanction, which modifies article 36 of its similar 11,723 -intellectual property- and the scope of the entities authorized to guarantee access to information within the framework of the literal interpretation of the treaty and of the duty of the States in matters of management of public information policies. In this process, the possible tensions between the intervening parties for the implementation of the TM are analyzed.
