- At the end of 2021, we carried out an informal survey to find out the degree of job satisfaction of Catalan librarians. The objective was to obtain a fresh view of the situation of the group, to find out what motivates them, with what aspects of their work they are satisfied and in which they detect problems. This report shows the results of the survey, and briefly comments on some of the most relevant issues.
