- The communication's objective is to establish a network of collaboration between the authors of scientific works of information science, through the implantation of a computer science tool, Eprints. It raises the problematic of the scientific communication in electronic surroundings, starting off of the premise of which the university is source of quality knowledge. But we are in a system in which that one that produces information, is also that consumes it and the payment.
