- It takes up the category "Informational Documentary Institution" devised by Miguel Ángel Rendón and proposes it as a common element that articulates library science, archival science, and museology, considering them, among other things, as co-elaborat or soft he social description of the social construct. It addresses this category with an Ibero-American vocation, emphasizing its socio cultural and political dimension and succinctly identifying its contemporary terminological transfer in the region. Likewise, it contributes to its conceptualization, particularly in relation o its nature and main characteristics. In his way, it seeks to contribute to the configuration of the scientific informational documentary field, so that it can advance to its full phase of autonomy.
