- We are living in a time where the relativisation of concepts is "normal". The ideal characteristics of a Christian's personality are in question. Who are we? What is our identity? If it is a question of teaching, what is our mission? What does this mission consist of? To be in the world, to take on a mission, the Christian does not exclude himself. Where should he start from? From where is it built? From fear? From procrastination and renunciation? From the rearguard? In fact, the world persecutes and attacks the Christian and he is united in his faith and by his faith. The concept of teacher has a polysemic content. Science imparts knowledge, the teacher looks at the students, transmits scientific content through systems, his learning sessions. With these data, the Christian teacher finds his paradigm in Christ as truth, he offers a vision of reality, especially of the human person. He sees in Christ the teacher and pedagogue, his coordinates, however, he can leave this framework. Christ's way of understanding the human person, in the educational field, is contemplative admiration, the revelation by Jesus Christ that we have been constituted in deitated lineage, transmutes the Hobbesian motto that "man is a wolf to man". How to educate them, by what means and in what way, with the new concept, charity, an original word with broad dimensions. Corrections with lack of love is depersonalisation and has the consequence of interrupting any possible positive formation, a visible sign of a decrease in humanity. With Kant we can affirm, with this serious situation, the secular obliges us to have a "coming of age", it obliges us to an unprecedented maturity.
