- University education in health areas must meet high standards since there is an additional social commitment, therefore, it is essential to continuously monitor the quality of education and, within this, evaluate teacher performance, trying to use fair and accurate evaluation instruments , and valid1. The syllabus or curriculum is an instrument that manages the learning process according to the graduation profile of each university degree course, constitutes a tool at the service of the student and represents the commitment to transmit knowledge and skills of the teacher and their academic unit; It is public in nature, susceptible to analysis, critical review and improvement2. We consider that the most suitable way to evaluate teaching is the opinion of the students, they objectively distinguish both the teaching performance and the pedagogical instruments used more easily.
